Hello Everyone
How is it so nearly Christmas? If you haven't done all of your Christmas shopping I have a the prefect stocking fillers from Bilou my new favourite beauty products!
Bilou has been in my stash for most of this year after I was looking for a foaming shower wash and since then I've been addicted. Their fizzy berry collection is perfect for stocking fillers- they smell so sweet, fresh and invigorating- it would be perfect to use over the festive season what with all the parties you're all bound to be going on!
Other than my ultimate product from the brand the shower foam, I adore the body spray- they last and last, I'm still using my last one from the summer. All of the products are super refreshing and hydrate my dry winter skin.
I've just had a look and Superdrug have 3 for 2 on all Bilou products at the moment so there wasn't a better time to try them all oh yes and for gifts!!!
Let me know in the comments below or on Instagram @wonderfulworldblog if you pick any up.
Till next time,
Tori.

A few of my favourite things!
Hello My Lovelies
I hope this post finds you well and enjoying the last few days of November! Today is all about my favourite things of the moment....
I'm not sure about you but I do love scouting out a new scarf when I know the colder weather is on it's way and this year was no exception. I picked up this little rainbow beauty from Topshop. I usually buy them from Primark but this one caught my eye and I decided I needed it!
Next up is my Chanel card holder- the only Chanel piece I own and will probably ever own, unless I win the Lottery! It's sheer luxury and I love walking around with it in my hand- the leather is soooo soft and always feeling so happy when I do go out with it (I only use it on the weekends!) I was gifted this last Christmas after buying it in duty free last October when I went to New York and it still gives me so much joy!
Lastly is my vintage leather brown bag. I had to grab this from my wardrobe the other week after my most favourite bag of all time my Gucci Soho Disco had to be sent back to Gucci for some repair work (There's a blog post on their customer service coming soon!) and I forgot just how much I love it. It's small but not too small as I'm still able to carry my Chanel card holder, phone, Vaseline, lipstick and sunglasses without it being too full. I think if I've learnt anything from having to send my very expensive bag away is that I can and do still love cheaper pieces so I think I'm going to keep this bag out for the time being and put the Gucci away for a little rest.
What have been your favourite go to pieces recently? I would love to know so please do comment below and check out my Instagram, wonderfulworldblog.
Till next time,
Tori.

My all time favourite scent from Soap & Glory is sugar crush a lovely lime fragrance that lingers on the skin and reminds me of summer holidays. The zest of times incorporates this scent in some amazing products in one fab box and only £10. It includes....
All handy sized products perfect for holidays or the gym and would make a great gift this festive season- I know I would love this waiting under the tree for me!
Next up from Soap & Glory is the Let's get Fizz a Ball; three yes three bath bombs all different scents original pink, smoothie star and sugar crush. I would personally use these depending on what I had planned for that day or evening- sugar crush would be before I went to a party or evening out with friends, smoothie star for the morning after the night before and original pink for when I was having a pamper day with all of my other Soap & Glory products. You could go wild and use them like a Soap & Glory cocktail and throw them all in the bath at once!!
What Soap & Glory products do you have eye on this Christmas- don't forget Boots normally have these on 3-4-2 so make sure you treat yourself too!! Make sure you share them with me in the comments before or on Instagram @wonderfulworldblog

Current go to makeup!
Hello My Lovelies
I literally can't remember the last time I shared my current make up picks, you know the ones you just want to apply over and over as they are just so easy, pretty or versatile. Whilst the ones I can't get enough of aren't ground breaking they are pretty amazing so I thought you might want to have a little look.
First up is my rather grubby looking tube of Estee Lauder's Double Wear Light- it's so easy to apply you can do it with fingers or a brush and always covers my skin enough that makes it look like have a foundation on but not to the point of it not looking natural.
Next up is the Urban Decay beached bronzer- this is my second repurchase as it is the perfect shade for my pale skin. Most bronzers are just too dark for me and leave looking orange or very glittery and nobody ever wants to look like a disco ball when there going to the shops now do they (or is that just me?!)
Next is the Benefit Galifornia blush a very pretty coral blush which has been perfect for the summer and giving my semi-tanned face a little flush of colour. I'll be on the look out for a new autumnal blush which I hope might just be the Charlotte Tilbury cheek to chic in the shade Pillow Talk (if it ever comes back in to stock).
My go to eyebrow pencil has to be the Anastasia Brow Wiz- I can't even tell you how much I love this product and how many I have repurchased but I know it would take a lot to sway me to try a different pencil. Again it's hard to find the right colour match for my very light brows but the shade blonde is perfect- it's not cheap but I don't mind as it does tend to last a good 5/6 months.
Finally I can never find a mascara I absolutely adore (so I'm open to suggestions!!) but I'm currently drawn to over and over again the Estee Lauder Sumptuous Extreme. I always buy mini mascara's as I never use them up and they tend to go clumpy.
So there you have it the contents of my current makeup bag! What have you been using recently? Share your recommendations with me in the comments or on Instagram @wonderfulworldblog.

Charlotte Tilbury- Magic Away Concealer First Thoughts!
Hello My Lovelies
I feel as a blogger you must love all that is Charlotte Tilbury and if you don't then there's some thing wrong with you. I think because of this I've always had high hopes for everything I have purchased from the brand and each time I'm left just a little underwhelmed. The newest item I picked up was the Magic Away Liquid Concealer- read on to see what I think!
I think my first issue was buying the wrong colour for my pale face- I went to dark and whilst I can get away with it for now due to a slight summer tan still with me come Christmas it's just not going to suit me.
I find that the product takes ages to come up through the packaging- it takes more than three or four turns on the dial at the bottom. The sponge which you use to apply the concealer isn't as soft as I thought it would be.
I love my Estee Lauder Double Wear concealer there hasn't been anything else that seems to match this in both quality, colour and price and so Charlotte Tilbury's Magic Away concealer was always going to be on the back foot but I don't feel its any where near as good. Yes it covers my under eye circles but not in the same or even similar way the Double Wear does.
You can't deny the packaging of the Charlotte Tilbury concealer is just gorgeous and I am glad that I've tried it, I just know I won't be repurchasing. I've not had the best time with the brand's products having had an eyeshadow quad and a couple of lipsticks all of which have left me feeling disappointed but I am keen to try the new pillow talk blush so watch this space you may well be hearing my views on that one soon.
Till next time,
Tori.

Where have I been?
Hello My Lovelies
Well hasn't it been a minute since I last blogged! Apologies but as some of you may be aware back in May my boyfriend and I bought our first place together. A little two bed flat that needed complete renovation- we spent all of the summer including evenings after work and all of the weekends (other than five days when we stopped and flew to Croatia for some relaxation) working on turning our yellow nicotine flat into a beautiful home!

A little two bed flat that needed complete renovation- we spent all of the summer including evenings after work and all of the weekends (other than five days when we stopped and flew to Croatia for some relaxation) working on turning our yellow nicotine flat into a beautiful home!
Then at the end of July we were ready to move in and that took a lot of my time up and we had to wait for 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks for the internet to be installed!! In that time we also took a trip to France at the end of August so it has been go, go, go since March really when the journey to buying began.
So what can you expect coming up on the blog in the coming months? A Paris curvy girl ootd, favourites, my thoughts on the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Away concealer, buying your first home tips and hauls.
I'm hoping to post more regularly but I can't guarantee it as I have on top of everything just been given a promotion and changed my role at work so my hours are longer which means less time for the fun stuff like blogging. I will try my best to post as much as possible as I miss sharing my thoughts here.
I hope you have all had a lovely Summer- I literally can not believe how fast this year has gone and that soon we will all have posts up about Christmas! Make sure you share with me what you have all been up to here in the comments or on Instagram wonderfulworldblog (where I've been trying to post every day!!)

Curvy Girl Outfit of the Day- Croatia Edition!
Hello All
Whilst on my holiday in Croatia I asked my boyfriend if he wouldn't mind taking a couple of photograph's so that I could show you all one of my outfits from the trip. Whilst I'm not super happy with the way I look here (I'm working on that!) I do love my outfit so read on to see where all of the items came from.
My belt is from Marks and Spencer- it's gold which compliments my dress (well I hope so!) and goes with lots of other outfits too.
My sandals are also Marks and Spencer and ones I haven't taken off since I bought them two months ago. They are really comfy, have a slight wedge so flatter my legs and are a great neutral colour for the summer months. I would love to get these in gold before the end of the summer.
My bag is my trusty and only bag I want to use from Gucci.
What have been your go to clothes during the hotter days we've been experiencing? Share with me your thoughts and blog posts in the comments.
Till next time,
Tori.

My dress was actually a charity shop find last summer but originally came from Asda. I love the colour as it's such a summery shade and makes me feel happy when ever I see it. It is a little see through so I have to make sure I wear white underwear.

A quick trip to Croatia!
Hello All
Last month I took a quick trip to Split in Croatia- I had booked it last November so I couldn't wait to jump on the plane for sun, catamaran trips and exploring. Read on to see what I got up to and see all of my favourite pictures from the trip.
The first day we explored Split walking up and down the cobbled lanes down to the port for lunch- it was hot but there was plenty of shade in each of the little roads we went down and plenty of shops to check out.
We then went to Diocletian's Palace, Roman ruins built in the 4th century- here you can walk around soaking up the atmosphere but you can also see Croatian's living their daily lives with washing overhead and children out playing.
A highlight for me was to climb the many steps to get this view looking over the famous red roofs!

Apparently if you rub the toe of the Gregory statue and say a wish it will come true. Both my boyfriend and I decided to give it a go so I'll let you know if it comes true!
The second day in Split was spent checking out the beaches- now when i say beaches you expect an actual beach you go and lay on with sand etc etc but unfortunately Split doesn't have this but instead swimming pool ladders that you use to enter the water and you sit on the sea wall to chill.
The third and final day was spent on a catamaran exploring the island near to Split called Hvar. We also had stop off points for swimming in the warm sea and all you can eat and drink all day. It wasn't cheap but it was definitely worth paying because of the experience and all that we saw.
Hvar was really quaint but you could tell there was plenty of rich people that live and visit. If I had had more time i would of liked to stay longer to explore more but before long it was back to the boat for more swimming and relaxing.
A highlight for me was to climb the many steps to get this view looking over the famous red roofs!

New In: Anatomical Face Masks!
Hello All
My love for face masks is major- I love to try all sorts of types (though mud masks are my ultimate favourite) and I'm always trying to find new ones to rival Superdrug's as they are pretty darn good. So when Anatomicals sent me over there range I couldn't want to slap them on my face.
Let's start my chatting about the packaging because oh my I love the colours and the titles for each- they are such fun names that you're you're not going to forget 'the hottie tottie is never spotty' or 'get outta my face dirt ball'
I decided to try out the hottie tottie is never sporty a race mask for combating horrid breakouts- the formula revives skin and left me with a clear and bright face and didn't irritate my skin like some (let's not talk about the snail slime face mask). My boyfriend also commented on how lovely my skin smelt!
All of the face masks are so easy to apply I have found that one sachet can last more than one go or I've started to share them with my boyfriend as he was so impressed.
You can pick these up in lots of different places I've seen them online at Boots, Superdrug, Fragrance Direct and ASOS to name just a few and are a bargain st only £1.00 (depending on where you pick yours up from!
Have you tried any of the Anatomicals face masks or products? What are your thoughts?! Let me know in the moments or over on Instagram.
Till next time,
Tori.

Empties 24!
Hello My Lovelies
It's been a little while since I posted and that's because I've been and bought a property- epic! However it needs total renovation which I've been doing with my boyfriend for the past month. We've also been on holiday to Croatia!! There will be blog posts about both of these very soon I promise!
Today's post is an empties with lots of things I wish I could repurchase and some that I already have. Read on to see what I think of each!

Today's post is an empties with lots of things I wish I could repurchase and some that I already have. Read on to see what I think of each!
First up is COLAB as you all know I love this brand and candy is my favourite scent. I use this most days to give my hair a quick burst of sweetness and to combat a little bit of the shine.
Next up is the Revolution Conceal and Define concealer- after hearing lots and lots about this product I had to try it for myself. Priced at £4 it was a good drugstore product but it didn't last that long and before long I was searching my store for another.
From my last trip to America I picked up my favourite Sephora face wipes amazing quality and they don't cost a fortune- shame I can't get them in the U.K. I will be going to a Paris later in the year so I'm hoping to pick some more up then. I also headed to Bath and Body Works and got some more of the foaming hand washes. The pumpkin cupcake scent was very spicy and one I used throughout October before switching to my Christmas hand washes and then coming back to this one. I don't think I would repurchase this one even if I could but I do love Bath and Body Works!
Finally my friend got me the Korean under eye mask which was fab- it made my under eyes less saggy and brighter which is great as I have horrid dark circles under my eyes. If I knew where this came from I would 100% repurchase.
What have you been using recently? As always share your thoughts with me in the comments!

New In: Bilou!
Hello My Lovelies
The lovely lot at Bilou have sent me some of their amazing products to try. I'm already a huge fan having already used, loved and repurchased the cotton candy fragrance.
The lovely lot at Bilou have sent me some of their amazing products to try. I'm already a huge fan having already used, loved and repurchased the cotton candy fragrance.
German brand Bilou is in the U.K and if you love brands like Bath and Body Works you're going to love Bilou! The scent I tried this time is coco cocktail a delicious coconut scent that takes me back to hot holidays in the Caribbean! Bilou products are always lovely and sweet but never sickly and last a super long time whether they are in your shower or dressing table.
My favourite item has to be the creamy shower cream which foams up perfectly to cover your whole body and leaves your skin smelling lush and moisturised. The body spray is refreshing on the skin, a little sticky but the scent lasts all day and my boyfriend is always commenting on how gorgeous I smell! The scents really are almost good enough to eat (not that I suggest you do!
Prices start at £3.99 exclusively in Superdrug and as always make sure you keep your eyes peeled for discounts in store and online!
Have you tried any products from Bilou? What are your thoughts? Make sure you share them with me in the comments and also in instagram @wonderfulworldblog.

12 hours in London (2018 edition!)
Hello My Lovelies
A couple of weekends ago my boyfriend and I decided to go to London to celebrate our first year together. Read on to see what we got up to in our whirlwind visit to the Capital.
It was a cold and grey day in London when we visited but we still took full advantage of visiting the sites and started our day by walking over Westminster Bridge from Big Ben which is currently having some renovations and towards the London Eye. Once along the South Bank we stopped to eat our Doughnut Time doughnuts that we had picked up at Victoria. I'm not lying when I say they were the most delicious, huge doughnuts we had ever had- I couldn't even eat mine in one go and had to save it for the coach journey home.
A couple of weekends ago my boyfriend and I decided to go to London to celebrate our first year together. Read on to see what we got up to in our whirlwind visit to the Capital.
After taking in all of the street entertainers and doing a spot of people watching we jumped on the tube and I took Ollie to my favourite gallery in London the Saatchi Gallery which is free to visit. It's a gallery full of modern art, not to everyone's taste that's for sure but I do love popping in when ever I'm in London to see what kind of crazy stuff they have exhibited!
After spending an hour or so at the Saatchi Gallery it was time to jump back on the tube and head over to Dalloway Terrace for dinner. We ate burgers and chips and drank red wine and obviously got a photo with 'that' flower wall! I'm so glad I've had the chance to dine here as its been on my list for a while- next time though I would love to try out Bob Bob Ricard!
Before too long it was time to had back to the coach and travel back to the Isle. Have you been to London recently? What have been your favourite things to do whilst there? Let me know in the comments or on Instagram @wonderfulworldblog.
Till next time,
Tori.

What I got for my Birthday 2018!
Hello My Lovelies
A couple of weeks ago it was my 35th Birthday and like every other year I was utterly spoilt by friends and family and this year my boyfriend too. Scroll on down to see what lovely things I was gifted!
A couple of weeks ago it was my 35th Birthday and like every other year I was utterly spoilt by friends and family and this year my boyfriend too. Scroll on down to see what lovely things I was gifted!
My sister treated me to this cute Cath Kidston sausage dog notebook as she knows I would love to own one one day. My mum and dad treated me to my Chanel card holder at Christmas which was a combined present for my Birthday but then they very kindly also bought me a M&S jumper and took me out for dinner at the most gorgeous restaurant in my area.
My boyfriend's mum and step dad bought me a Topshop voucher which I've already spent some on a belt (keep an eye out for that on here in a upcoming post!). My boyfriend bought me a ticket to a festival for in the summer, some Ray-Bans which were an utter surprise and a YSL lip balm which I literally haven't stopped using since I received it. He also bought me the Ministry of Sound, I love acoustic album which is amazingly chilled!
My dear friend Manx sent me the cutest gift in the post a 'bear hug' filled with gorgeous gifts including a mug, biscuits and Tea Pigs tea bags! I also received a jacket, mug and scarf from another friend which will also be featuring here on the blog in an upcoming post! My work gang decorated my desk and gifted me some flowers which was lovely to come into work on my last day before a long weekend.
I had the best birthday and I'm thoroughly grateful for all of the gifts, cards and love I received on the day.
Till next time,
Tori

Empties 23!
Hello My Lovelies
I'm back to show you what I've recently used from my stash and let you know if I'll be buying it again or if I may already have!
I'm back to show you what I've recently used from my stash and let you know if I'll be buying it again or if I may already have!
Need I say anything about my holy grail dry shampoo Co-Lab? If you're a regular reader of my blog you will know I love this brand and I haven't found another one that I like as much. The galactic from Co-Lab isn't my favourite scent as it's quite masculine but it does the same as all the others and you can't ask for much more than that.
I've been lucky enough the past few years to have been abroad and been able to visit a Sephora and each time I visit I always pick up a face mask. They are reasonably priced, soft and perfect for making my skin feel fresh and new. This year I'll be able to stop by two Sephora's on my holidays to stock up on all the products I love!
Bath and Body Works foaming hand washes are amazing and I wish there was a way I could get it here in the U.K for the same price you can in the States. Winter White Woods smelt like Christmas tree woods and a perfect gift from my parents in my stocking.
Finally I picked up the new L'Oréal restoring shampoo, I'm a sucker for new products and this one was no different. It made my hair feel soft and detangled my curly hair which is a great bonus. I'll definitely pick up some of this if I see it on offer.
What have you been using up recently? Let me know in the comments or on Instagram @wonderfulworldblog

Curvy Girl's Boyfriend's Outfit of the Day!
Hello My Lovelies
Today's post is a bit different from me as it's the first time you've properly seen my boyfriend and also the first time I've ever published a boy outfit of the day....So everybody meet Ollie!! I couldn't resist making him pose (he actually hated every minute) as his outfit was just too darn cute not to share!
First up is Ollie's new jacket he picked this up in the Matalan sale for £20 its wool blend and comes from their Taylor and Wright range. Ollie's JDM t-shirt came from eBay that I bought him for Christmas- he loves everything Japanese especially the cars!
His sunglasses are Electric Knoxsville XL's (I have no idea what any of that means!) but he loves wearing them!

Ollie's black jeans (a personal favourite of mine) are also from Matalan!
Finally his trainers are all black Vans that he also received at Christmas and I personally think finish off his (almost) all black outfit perfectly.
What do you think of Ollie's outfit? Give him some love over on my Instagram @wonderfulworldblog

12 hours in Bournemouth!
Hello My Lovelies
Over Easter weekend my boyfriend and I popped over from the Isle of Wight to Bournemouth for 12 hours of fun. Read on to see what we got up to on our day out!
First stop was to the shops, hell I need my Primark fix after being deprived since November!! Sadly I didn't buy a huge amount but my boyfriend was the one who was lucky enough to buy some great summer bits and bobs. We then popped to Debenhams as Urban Decay were having a 15% off weekend and I was able to pick up a new beached bronzer. Next it was along to Nando's again because we hadn't had one since last year.
After lunch we took a walk down to the beach- I had never been to Bournemouth before so it was nice to walk along the pier and have an obligatory ice-cream! I also got the chance to meet up with my old uni friend who I hadn't seen since his wedding five years previous!!! It felt like yesterday since I last saw him, it was so easy to chat and reminisce on days gone by.
Then there was time to have a look at the dotto train, spot the Isle of Wight from the beach and sit on the big deckchair for a photograph and then it was time to go and get the train and boat back to the Island.

New In: Layering Lab- first thoughts!
Hello My Lovelies
When I was in Superdrug recently I spotted some new body sprays. I was really intrigued to see that they were layering and I knew I wanted to try out them out to create a new scent but also to try the fragrance on their own too.
The concept from Layering Lab really reminds me of brands such as Jo Malone that invite you to layer up there super luxurious and expensive perfumes. These seems to be an excellent budget way of trying how the layering effect without breaking the bank or before splurging on high end.
The sprays come in these beautiful scents:
After spending a bit of time smelling them all I went for oriental and cocoon. Oriental is a warm, spicy scent with red fruits, rose and vanilla. I then decided to pick up cocoon a scent made up of white flowers, white tea, vanilla and musk. I was drawn to both of these fragrances I think because of the vanilla which is one of my favourite all time scents.

- Gourmand- Vanilla, cassis, berries.

After purchasing I did check out the Superdrug website and they suggested that Oriental actually be paired with floral to create 'A truly special say' or gourmand to create 'date night' and cocoon be paired with paradise to create a 'sweet escape' or floral to create 'Cosy and Romantic'. So it would seem I picked all the wrong scents to match- However I think they are all lovely and I have even layered them successfully!
I will defiantly be buying more from the Layering Lab and maybe even trying some of Superdrug's suggestions. I also don't think I'll spend out the big bucks for other brands layering perfumes that do the same as Superdrug. Why waste money that you can spend on even more gorgeous products!
Have you tried any of these fragrances? What are your thoughts? Share them with me on my twitter @steaders83 or my Instagram wonderfulworldblog.

UNO- The game for all the family!
Hello My Lovelies
Over Christmas I was introduced to the game UNO. Now a lot of you reading this will be thinking you've made it to 34 and never played it and to all of you I say I KNOW!!! What were my parents doing? To those of you who were like me and never heard or played it before this post is for you!
This game is so easy to learn-I was so nervous sitting there with my boyfriend's family learning a new game (I'm rubbish at learning games) but it was so simple a child could play this- and they do my godson is 11 and can play it with his eyes shut!
The aim of the game is get rid of all your cards and not to be left with the higher number or 'special cards' like the one in the pic (the plus four). You can put down any colour or number and you change the colour to fit what you need to rid yourself of it!
It becomes all the more fun when you have a +4 or a miss a go card or my all time favourite the switch your cards with another player. It's all about making sure you use your cards at the right time but don't end up being left with them.
UNO is better when you have more than two players but I have spent quite a few winter nights recently playing just my mum and we have almost wet ourselves at me loosing every single game, me getting in a huff and then wanting to play all again!
Have you ever played UNO before? Share your thoughts with me over on twitter @steaders83 or Instagram @wonderfulworldblog.

Product of the Month-February!
Hello My Lovelies
I seem to be getting later and later with these products of the months-but February's one is here at last and it comes in the form of an actual camera! Not a digital one but throwing it back old school with a instant camera from Fuji!
This camera was bought for me at Christmas by my boyfriend- it was a total shock as I wasn't expecting one, yes I had gone on about loving to receive one but I didn't actually think I would find one under the tree!!
He could only get me a smoky white one I was dreaming of a coloured one but its still gorgeous!
My aim is take at least one photograph a month which so far has happened- for now I've bought a little album to put them in and its so much fun to look back at each one which I've dated with a sharpie!!
Indoor pics are doddle to take but we've had some issues trying to get the exposure correct outside, I think its going to take a bit of time but that's the great thing about having a camera like this it makes you work for that awesome photo-not nice and easy like a camera phone.
Camera's aren't cheap anymore so at £80- you've got to know you want it and to want to learn! May I add that film isn't cheap either at £10 for 10 shots!!
That being said I love that I now have the best of both worlds an actual instant camera and my phone!
Do you own a Fujifilm Instax Camera? Let me know all of your tips on my Instagram wonderfulworldblog.
Till next time,
Tori.
