It's a Revolution!! A Makeup Revolution!!

Hello My Lovelies!

Today's post is a total revelation it's Makeup Revolution's Redemption Palette Iconic 3!! I'm not going to lie I have been swooning over the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette since it was released last year but I had been holding back as the price was just to steep for me. Then...I started to hear on the beauty bloggers grapevine that there was a very special palette being sold and that it was a great dupe. As soon as I heard I jumped straight onto Twitter to find Makeup Revolution and before I knew it there seemed to be a frenzy to get hold of any of their products. Without further ado I went straight online and bought one for myself!

This palette is just gorgeous!! The colours consist of 9 shiny, sparkly rose and dark colours and 3 matte colours that would blend perfectly into your eyebrows. Each and every single shade is wearable for all occasions. I can see myself wearing numbers 5 and 6 on a night out and shade 2 for days out! Shades 4 and 7 would work well for my light coloured brows.

I only recieved this on Friday (I ordered it from Superdrug's website) but so far I've worn a few of the colours and they blend beautifully, not only this but for £4 I was surprised to see that they are really pigmented.
Who needs to spend £37 when this little beauty does everything and more!! If you haven't already checked out Makeup Revolution then make sure you head on over to their website or Superdrug's website where you can order all their products and have them delivered to your local store for free!

Have you tried any of the Makeup Revolution products yet? If you have let me know which one's and if you order any after reading my post make sure you let me know too!!

Mega Haul!

Hello My Lovelies,

Yesterday I went shopping and went a bit crazy! They're all things I've wanted for ages, so I didn't hold back when I saw they were all in stock.

First up was Primark....
The American Flag back pack is for my holiday at the end of the year, I love this one! I also bought the pink/purple socks for my holiday. The pastel colour clutch isn't structured enough for me to use on a night out so I'm going to use it as a travel beauty bag-I'm obsessed with the pastel colour trend at the moment. I picked up another pair of the really cute frilly socks and some hair bands and finally a beautiful statement necklace!!

Then I popped into Superdrug, Next and Savers.
From Superdrug I picked up the new Barry M blusher brush and eyeshadow brush and the 50th anniversary face wipes. In Next I couldn't resist buying my first NYX product, a blusher called Angel and finally in Savers I bought a baked eyeshadow. I can't wait too try all of these products and let you all know what I think.

The last place I visited was IKEA! I've never visited IKEA before, but I had an idea what I wanted to go in for. I was hoping to get some bedding and also some cushions that I had seen Essie Button buy on her vlog, I was successful in picking up the cushions but no bedding that took my fancy. I'm looking forward to going back to IKEA again soon though, because if you've been you'll know it is a total maze...I also really want to eat some of the famous meatballs!

Whilst out shopping I also went to the most amazing dessert shop and had the biggest waffle ever, I failed to finish it though!

Have any of you been shopping recently, let me know!

What's been happening the past two weeks?!

Hello My Lovelies,

As you may know or not know I work in education and so I've had the past two weeks off for Easter. The perk of being in education is obviously the longggg holidays and so I thought I'd share with you what I've been up to!

At the beginning of the week I took my godsons out...I took the middle godson of three boys to the farm as he's only two and then the following day his older brother to the cinema to see 'Escape From Planet Earth' and then McDonald's followed by playing mini Olympics in the garden.

Saturday was the day I booked my next holiday, it's not till December but it's given me some thing to look forward to and plan!! (post to follow!)

On Sunday I went for a lovely walk on the beach and met up with my friend and her children (my godsons)

Then on Wednesday my friend, sister and mum went to see Divergent, and yes it was good as the books and yes I can't wait for film number 2!

Thursday we decided to go for afternoon tea with a Wizard Of Oz theme, it was extremely yummy and filling so much so that we had to bring a doggy bag home with us.

On Good Friday I went and did a bit of shopping and then chilled before going out for a few pre birthday drinks with my sister and friend!

Before I knew it, it was Easter Sunday! As you can see lots of chocolate was consumed!!

Easter Monday- My Birthday!!!
Today I was treated to lots of wonderful gifts (which I'll be writing a post all about). I spent the day at home pottering around the house, we ordered Dominos & my mum made me some lovely Nutella filled pancakes...I'm not a fan of birthday cakes.
And that my lovelies was two fun filled weeks over! Back to work I go for another 5 weeks before the next holiday...it's a hard life!

Make-Up Of The Day.

Hello My Lovelies,

Today as I was putting on my makeup I thought Oooh! why don't I show all my wonderful subscribers what makeup I'm wearing today...So here's my Make Up Of The Day!

Concealer: Seventeen Phwoar Paint.

Foundation: I'm testing the Estée Lauder Double Wear All Day Glow BB Moisture (wow that's a mouthful!) as I'm looking for a light BB cream to wear in the summer months.

Powder: As always the Rimmel Stay Matte powder.

Bronzer: Body Shop, This is new to my collection and so far so good!

Blusher: Sleek Rose Gold.

Eyeshadow: Mac Expensive Pink- loving this colour!!!

Mascara: Seventeen doll'd up- my favourite mascara.

Make Up Brushes: I rotate the make up brushes I use. Today I chose to use the Real Techniques duo fiber face and blush brush and to apply my foundation I use the Real Techniques beauty blender. I then use the Sigma eyeshadow brush for my Mac eyeshadow.

2nd Wish List of 2014!

Hello My Lovelies,

I wrote my first wish list of 2014 back in January so I thought I'd update you all on the items I've been lusting over recently and would love to get my hands on!

First up is Mac New York Apple Lipstick. After making my first Mac lipstick purchases this year and loving them (I actually can't believe I waited so long!) I now really want this colour!

Next up Ole Henriksen truth to go wipes. I keep adding these face wipes into my feel unique shopping basket and then changing my mind- I think it's because they cost so much! I do really want to try them though so maybe it's just a matter of time before I give in.

Next an Ipad Mini. I'm thinking about selling my ipad 2 and my kindle which is already for sale in my blog sale post) and buying an Ipad mini- It means I can cut back how much I carry and I love how dinky and cute the Ipad mini's are. If anybody would be interested in buying my ipad or Amazon Kindle Touch, then let me know!

Lastly...Sigma's F80 Kubki Brush! I bought my first brushes from Sigma last November and since then I have had this brush on my mind! Another item that I think will end up in my shopping basket very soon.

Have you got any must have products on your wish list at the moment? Let me know in the comments.
