W7 Full Time Lip Colour Challenge!

Hello My Lovelies,

I was on Twitter the other day and the makeup brand w7 were looking for bloggers to trial and review their Full Time Lip Colour (the Full Time Lip Colour Challenge); I have bought lots of the w7 nail polishes in the past and thought they were fab, so when I saw this request I knew I had to be involved!

The lovely ladies at w7 sent me the colour named passionate a gorgeous vibrant pink that reminds me of Mac Girl About Town. The beauty of this product is its double ended, one end has the colour and the other the gloss.

You start by putting the colour on your lips as light or as heavy as you like and then once it's dried you add the gloss.
(Full Time Lip Colour first applied)

The longevity of this lip gloss was really good, just under 4 hours before it started to show signs of wear which is surprisingly long lasting! I wore mine on a day that I was going to visit my godsons, they are all under the age of 8 and I love to have lunch, sweets, drinks and play with them and so my Full Time Colour was really put to the test!

(Full Time Lip Colour 4 hours later.)

I'm really impressed with how well the w7 lipgloss worked for me and at £3.95 I can't wait to get my hands on a couple more!

Have you tried any W7 products? Let me know in the comments below!

Till next time,
                   Tori.

My Summer Beauty Must Haves!

Hello My Lovelies,

With summer 2014 well and truly here and hopefully to stay till at least October I'd thought I'd let you all know my summer beauty must haves!

I'm super fair skinned and so I have to make sure that throughout the summer months I always have sun cream on and in my bag for topping up throughout the day-a firm favourite of mine is the Malibu sun cream It comes in a few different factors and I tend to use the factor 25 unless I go abroad or I'm sitting out in the sun for long periods of time when I go for a higher factor. I love the smell of this brand of sun cream, it reminds me of childhood holidays and is the one I repurchase every year.

Once I've been in the sun I love to use a good moisturiser to stop my face from feeling tight and peeling, I always tend to grab my Liz Earle moisturiser. It has no scent and sinks into my skin really quickly which is what I love in a moisturiser.

Soap and Glory sugar crush body wash... I love the scent of this body wash and is just perfect for the summer months!

I love to use Aussie miracle hair insurance leave in conditioner over the summer months as I go swimming in pools filled with chlorine and the sea and my hair gets really dry and my scalp irritated. I find the Aussie spray really helps to keep my hair in better condition over these hot months.

Finally to go with my Aussie leave in conditioner I use my tangle teaser for wet hair- I use this in the shower once I'm back from the beach to brush through my conditioner and it stops my hair from getting too hard to manage and distributes the conditioner through my whole hair leaving it silky smooth!

What are your summer beauty must haves, let me know in the comments!

Till next time,

Old Gaffers Festival

Hello My Lovelies,

A few Fridays ago I went for the first time to a local festival called The Old Gaffers, an event where 100 visiting sailing, steam and motor vessels ascend and the town is full of music, gift and food stalls and you can while away many hours soaking up the atmosphere.

I went along with my mum and sister where we strolled amongst all of the boats.

We stopped for some Polish food, which I had never had before and I have to admit was absolutely gorgeous-it was comprised of potatoes, sausage, bacon and spices!

After eating we went for a lovely walk down the last remaining all wooden-operational piers in the U.K! It was so quiet and peaceful and the walk set us up for some sweets once we were back in the town.

To end our day at the Old Gaffers we took a stroll through the town, visited some more stalls, popped into the local church where there was a flutist and visited the open gardens.

Overall it was a brilliant day out and I would definitely go to the Old Gaffers again next year!
Have you ever been or something similar, let me know in the comments and make sure you check out my outfit of the day (what I wore on the day!) post.

Till next time,

Makeup of the Day-Southampton Blogger Meetup!

Hello My Lovelies,

By now you've seen my posts all about the Southampton Bloggers Meetup and this one is all about the makeup I wore on the day!

New to my everyday makeup is the Benefit Porefessional primer which I'm loving! Next up Collection concealer & Seventeen Phwoarr Paint. I decided on one of my most long wearing foundations for the day by Laura Mercier-Silk Crème. I then used my trusty Rimmel Stay Matte powder and Body Shop bronzer. For blush I used my new favourite blusher Hourglass Ambient Light in Dim Infusion.

I then decided on the Revolution Iconic 3 Palette- which is a great dupe for Urban Decays Naked 3 and then to finish my eyes Seventeen doll'd up mascara.

I finished up my makeup with the super long lasting Mac Girl About Town lipstick!

Do you own any of these products? Let me know in the comments.

Till next time,

Product of the Month...May!

Hello My Lovelies,

Instead of a favourites post this month I've decided to let you all know what my one favourite product of May was, and that I'm sure will continue into June and beyond!

    It's...Benefit The Porefessional!

OMG! Why haven't I tried this before? When I saw Elle magazine was giving a mini of it away at the beginning of May I decided to give it ago- since then I've used it everyday except for when I stopped to try out the Kiehl's Micro-Blur Skin Perfector which wasn't that nice and not nearly as wonderful as the Porefessional!
I've never used a primer before so didn't know what to expect and a little worried it might make break out, so when I first applied this product it felt really slimy and I wasn't sure I would enjoy wearing it, but how wrong could I be. It covers my pores without making my skin feel cakey and I've noticed a huge difference in how shiny and greasy my skin gets over the course of a day. The Porefessional is going to be an absolute godsend this summer.
When my sample runs out I'll be heading to my nearest Benefit counter and picking up a full size!

What are your favourite products this month?
