UNO- The game for all the family!

Hello My Lovelies

Over Christmas I was introduced to the game UNO. Now a lot of you reading this will be thinking you've made it to 34 and never played it and to all of you I say I KNOW!!! What were my parents doing? To those of you who were like me and never heard or played it before this post is for you!

This game is so easy to learn-I was so nervous sitting there with my boyfriend's family learning a new game (I'm rubbish at learning games) but it was so simple a child could play this- and they do my godson is 11 and can play it with his eyes shut!

The aim of the game is get rid of all your cards and not to be left with the higher number or 'special cards' like the one in the pic (the plus four). You can put down any colour or number and you change the colour to fit what you need to rid yourself of it!

It becomes all the more fun when you have a +4 or a miss a go card or my all time favourite the switch your cards with another player. It's all about making sure you use your cards at the right time but don't end up being left with them.

UNO is better when you have more than two players but I have spent quite a few winter nights recently playing just my mum and we have almost wet ourselves at me loosing every single game, me getting in a huff and then wanting to play all again!

Have you ever played UNO before? Share your thoughts with me over on twitter @steaders83 or Instagram @wonderfulworldblog.

Till next time,

Product of the Month-February!

Hello My Lovelies

I seem to be getting later and later with these products of the months-but February's one is here at last and it comes in the form of an actual camera! Not a digital one but throwing it back old school with a instant camera from Fuji!

This camera was bought for me at Christmas by my boyfriend- it was a total shock as I wasn't expecting one, yes I had gone on about loving to receive one but I didn't actually think I would find one under the tree!!
He could only get me a smoky white one I was dreaming of a coloured one but its still gorgeous!

My aim is take at least one photograph a month which so far has happened- for now I've bought a little album to put them in and its so much fun to look back at each one which I've dated with a sharpie!!

Indoor pics are doddle to take but we've had some issues trying to get the exposure correct outside, I think its going to take a bit of time but that's the great thing about having a camera like this it makes you work for that awesome photo-not nice and easy like a camera phone.

Camera's aren't cheap anymore so at £80- you've got to know you want it and to want to learn! May I add that film isn't cheap either at £10 for 10 shots!!

That being said I love that I now have the best of both worlds an actual instant camera and my phone!

Do you own a Fujifilm Instax Camera? Let me know all of your tips on my Instagram wonderfulworldblog.

Till next time,

Empties 22!

Hello My Lovelies

The last empties I shared with you all was back in October, firstly I can't believe how fast time has gone and secondly I can't believe I've not had any empties of merit to show you all. However here I am back with some used up products!

I picked up this Bath and Body Works hand wash in the scent Frosted Cranberry when I was in New York in October and I couldn't wait to use it-I was good though and held off till December. It was a lovely sweet scent and perfect for the winter months. its such a shame that we can't easily get these products here in the U.K.

For Christmas I was gifted the COLAB unicorn dry shampoo by sister, she knows I'm the biggest fan of the brand and when she saw they had a new scent she knew she had to get it for me. Whilst this was great to use I think my favourite still is the Candy as its super sweet smelling.

Finally is the Dove pampering pistachio shower foam. This shower foam is another great sweet fragranced product and perfect for everyday washing and also for when I need to shave. I've since bought this also in the pear scent which is very summery- the 200ml bottle lasts for ages and if bought on offer can be a bargain.

What items have you been using up recently? Share with me as always on twitter @steaders83 or Instagram @wonderfulworldblog
